2. Project Deposits & Advance Payments

3. Monthly & Recurring Services

For subscription-based or recurring IT services, clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for ongoing or partially used service periods.

4. Custom Development Services

Custom software, website development, integrations, and tailored solutions involve dedicated time and resources. Refunds are not applicable once development work has started or project milestones have been approved.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing project requirements, service details, and deliverables before confirming any purchase or agreement. Delays caused by lack of communication, missing information, or change requests do not qualify for refunds.
